| Dynamic Design | Dynamic websites make use of PHP and MySQL to provide users of the website with a more dynamic and evolving experience. Examples of PHP with MySQL usage would be a subscription list, user accounts and updated news etc. |

| Hosting | Griffin Studios makes use of Tidal Hosting, a South African based website hosting company. Hosting will be included in the cost for the specified period per package. |

| Domain Registration | Griffin Studios will undertake the cost required in registering a domain (http://www.domain.co.za) for their client for the first year. Domain registrations are required annually and can be renewed by Griffin Studios at the standard renewal fee specified by the Domain Registrar in question. |

| Gmail Account Configuration | In order to make use of Google Analytics and Google Webmaster, a Gmail account is required. Griffin Studios will create an account for the client and configure it to forward any emails received from Google Analytics or Webmaster to the clients primary email address. |

| Google Webmaster Configuration | Google Webmaster allows users to fine tune their website setup to ensure maximum exposure through the Google Search Engine. For more information, visit Google Webmaster. |

| Google Analytics Installation | Google Analytics provides website owners with detailed information regarding the number of hits their website receives with a large multitude of extra information to help identify areas in which a website excels, and areas which could be improved. | Host & Email Configuration | Should the client wish all email to be forwarded from their domain email address (i.e. info@domain.co.za) to another email address; this will be configured by Griffin Studios. |

| MySQL Databases | MySQL is free database software which allows websites to store information, making them more dynamic. A website could hold user details, news stories, page content and more. |

| Email Accounts | Email account creation and configuration will be performed by Griffin Studios. Assistance with connecting Outlook to the email address will also be given. |

| FTP Accounts | An FTP (File Transfer Protocol) account allows a user FTP access to the server where their website is hosted, allowing them to upload or download files from the webserver. |

| Sub Domains | A sub-domain allows a website to host other websites under the same website parent. For example, the root domain would be www.domain.co.za. A sub domain could be blog.domain.co.za or admin.domain.co.za etc. |
